Kelsey James, Court of Protection Costs Specialist

Kelsey started as a Trainee Costs Draftsman in September 2015 and has worked within the Court of Protection area throughout this time. Her cost drafting experience allows her to draft all types of bills required in Court of Protection matters. Kelsey is also adept at preparing letters of appeal, which have increased her clients’ recovery of their costs.

Kelsey also provides bespoke advice to clients, both prior to and following the assessment process, to ensure recovery rates are maximised.

Kelsey loves using her spare time to make memories with her family, especially her daughter, nephews and niece.
