Jenny Walmsley, Costs Lawyer and Court of Protection Specialist

Jenny joined A&M Bacon in 2019. Jenny got involved in costing in 2002 after 10 years teaching Economics and Business in secondary schools and Further Education. Jenny was initially involved in civil costs, preparing bills of costs, points of dispute and replies and she successfully completed the ACL training course in 2007. Thereafter, Jenny became involved in the preparation of legal aid bills and subsequently high cost case plans and she also prepared bills in the Court of Protection. Jenny became a Costs Lawyer in 2014 and, after a short break from costs, has now chosen to specialise in Court of Protection work.

Jenny takes pride in attention to detail and very much enjoys building strong working relationships with clients.

Jenny is a country girl by heart and spends as many weekends as possible walking in the Yorkshire Dales with her fellow Costs Lawyer husband and nutty Labrador.
